Ordering Digital Products
Creative Ideas sells digital resources only. These products are created for photographers, designers, and other creative professionals and may include presets, guides, swipe files, digital libraries, workflow systems, and related tools delivered entirely online.
No physical products are mailed, shipped, or returned. By placing an order with Creative Ideas, you accept the policy below as part of your purchase.
Delivery and Access
All products sold through Creative Ideas are provided in digital form. After payment is successfully completed, access is usually made available immediately or within a short time through a download page, email link, customer area, or another digital access method used by Creative Ideas.
An order is considered completed once the product files, links, or access instructions have been provided. Delivery is considered fulfilled at that point, whether or not the customer downloads, installs, or uses the product right away.
Final Sale Rule
Because digital products can be accessed, saved, copied, and used shortly after purchase, all sales are generally final after delivery has been made available.
Creative Ideas does not normally offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once product access has been granted. This policy exists because digital products cannot be physically returned and cannot be reliably treated as unused after delivery.
Limited Refund Review
Although purchases are generally final, Creative Ideas may review a request in a small number of cases where there is a verified issue affecting billing or delivery. These situations include:

the product was not delivered because of a confirmed technical issue on the Creative Ideas side

the file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible and cannot be replaced

the same product was purchased more than once by mistake
Where one of these situations is confirmed, Creative Ideas may first choose to correct the issue by restoring access, reissuing the file, or replacing the affected product. A refund may be considered only when the issue cannot reasonably be resolved another way.
Situations That Do Not Qualify
A refund will not be granted because of a change of mind, lack of use, personal preference, or disappointment based on expectations that were not clearly stated on the product page.
Refunds are also not available where the customer failed to review the product information before purchase, misunderstood how the resource works, or wanted a different outcome, style, or workflow than the one described.
If the product was delivered materially as described, dissatisfaction alone does not create a right to a refund.
Product Information and Buyer Review
Creative Ideas aims to present product descriptions, features, previews, and details as clearly and accurately as possible so customers can make informed purchase decisions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product page carefully before ordering. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they understand the nature of the digital product and what is included.
Compatibility and Creative Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the correct device, software, app version, editing environment, or technical setup needed to use the purchased resource.
Because digital creative tools can be used in different ways and customized differently by each user, outcomes may vary. Creative Ideas does not guarantee a particular visual result, business result, or workflow outcome from use of any product.
License and Usage Rights
When a customer purchases from Creative Ideas, they receive a limited right to use the product in accordance with the license or use terms shown on the product page.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product itself or its intellectual property. Any permitted personal use or commercial use applies only to the extent expressly stated by Creative Ideas.
No Unauthorized Sharing or Resale
Products purchased from Creative Ideas may not be resold, shared, redistributed, republished, copied for public circulation, uploaded to shared spaces, or reproduced without authorization.
This includes sharing preset files, libraries, swipe files, downloads, or access links with other people or businesses beyond the permitted license. Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in revoked access, canceled usage rights, refusal of future purchases, or further action where necessary.
Help With Access Problems
If a customer experiences trouble accessing a purchased product, Creative Ideas may provide reasonable assistance to help complete delivery.
This may include resending a link, confirming account access, or providing another suitable delivery method. Access support is intended to solve delivery problems and does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Changes to Products and Policy Terms
Creative Ideas may revise, improve, replace, remove, or reorganize products, delivery methods, previews, or support materials over time. Unless a product page specifically says otherwise, a purchase does not include a promise of future updates, new versions, or expanded releases.
Creative Ideas may also update this policy from time to time. Any revised version becomes effective once published on the website. Continued use of the website and its products means acceptance of the current version of the policy.
